Go to sprintstore.sprint.com .. scroll down to HTC Touch... then click on the pic of the Touch.. then scroll down the features.. it clearly states that the HTC Touch is: "GPS Enabled: View your approximate location and use available applications to navigate roadways throughout the country. (will not be available until Q1 2008 upgrade) " I am unable to return my phone b/c of this FALSE information.. and no one at sprint can tell me what the revised date for the upgrade... NOR have I even found anyone at sprint who was AWARE of this upgrade information being published... I usually here 'How did you find this ?!?" Frustrated Sprint Customer....
