Disable HTC TouchFlo

If you don’t really use or care for the built in HTC
HKLM\Software\OEM\TFLOSettings:EnableScroll
Set the value for EnableScroll = 0
- Categories
- HTC Touch, Windows Mobile
- Tags
- Disable TouchFlo, HTC, HTC Touch, TouchFlo
