Who are you?

I’m Paul Spoerry (aka T1Pimp) and I’m a groovy cat who’s into computers, technology, Eastern Thought, and techno music. I’m 30+ and married to my wonderful wife Vicky (sorry ladies) and have two awesome kids. I’m fascinated by ninjas, the Internet, and anybody who can balance objects on their nose for long periods of time. My fam and I live in Florissant, Mo. If you are a blast from the past I attended Fox High School, did a year at UMSL, then a few years at SouthEast Missouri. I’ve also done a few courses at Washington University.

What do you do?

I’m a code monkey. Yup… I sit in front of a computer ALLLL DAAAY LOOONG. Which is cool because if I wasn’t getting paid for it, I’d do it anyway. Gotta love doing a job you actually like. I do primarily web development in ASP.NET and Classic ASP. I’ve got mad SQL Server db skills (coding and admin), and also dabble in a little COM, PHP, SQL, VB, yadda yadda yadda. I currently work for IBM, but I’ve also worked for Genelco, NaviSys, and Wave Technologies.

What is this site about?

Pretty much whatever I’m into. I mostly use it to capture things I see on the web that I want to remember, and that I think others might find interesting or useful.
