Dolphin Browser Mini (Beta) Rocks Your Android

December 17, 2010 by Paul Spoerry Leave a Comment

Dolphin Mini Is a Feature Filled, Yet Lightweight Android Browser AlternativeIf the standard Android browser just isn’t cutting it, the new Dolphin Mini browser comes with tons of useful features like tabs and gestures without sacrificing performance.

The alternative Dolphin HD works better than the baked in browser but can leave a little to be desired in the size department, which can unfortunately can be a little high-weight for some phones. Dolphin Mini is a lightweight version of the Dolphin browser that still contains some of its best features, like gestures, multitouch, bookmark sync, and tabs. It’s also got a nice speed dial-like homepage and RSS recognition. Most impressive is its speed, though, especially for something still pretty feature-filled. If you’ve got a phone that could use every speed boost you can give it, you’ll probably be pretty happy with Dolphin Mini over the alternatives.
