Dashlane is beta testing auto-changing passwords

December 9, 2014 by Paul Spoerry 3 Comments

Password Changer – Update Passwords Automatically
Password Changer automatically updates your passwords with on click. Sign up to get beta access and try it before everyone else!

For the record I'm a user of +LastPass but +Dashlane just added a wicked cool beta feature. If a site is hacked, or you suspect it is, you can change it with one click from within the Dashlane app. It even works with two-factor authentication.

Update: LastPass now offering this too: https://plus.google.com/u/0/112915508949553064969/posts/imkUU911QbR

If you use Dashlane you can sign up for the beta at the link below. It doesn't state if this will be part of their free offering, or part of their $40/year premium offering. As it goes that's a lot more than the $12/year premium LastPass fee… but being able to bulk change passwords without going to the site might make the additional cost worth it.
