I don't. I just wait it out and let it self correct next go around.
It annoys me we all have to change our clocks because we arnt organised enough just to go to work at a different time sometimes.

Nothing wrong with complaining. If we one day wake up and realize we are the majority, we might just decide to stop doing it 😛
If people like +Jeff Stevens need more sunlight, their working hours can shift without the need to pretend the time itself is different.
On a larger scale, imho, I think its a good idea to de-synchronize business hours anyway. Would help ease traffic around citys no-end.
