Obamacare succeeds? Complete misnomer. And no, that's not the reason Benghazi is a conservative talking point. It's a legit issue that is not being answered for by the highest levels of current administration.

And these numbers increased drastically after the discovery of the Ben Rhodes email that the transparant admin was forced to release. So yeah, this makes sense. Duh
The bottom line is, even if they are right, so what? Its not a "scandal" its political lying, as usual. Every politician does it, you cannot point at a single political figure that has always told us the truth, except maybe Warren. So if they want to bring the administration down for telling lies, the GOP needs to bring itself down right along with it. This "investigation" is going to reveal the same things the previous 7 investigations have revealed, mistakes were made, things could have been done better, but there was and is no scandal.
ACA would actually have to succeed first for there to be a sample to analyze.
