Holy crap –  10ft Snake Devours Crocodile after 5 Hour Battle

March 4, 2014 by Paul Spoerry 39 Comments

A SNAKE fought, wrestled and then ate a crocodile whole following a dramatic five-hour long battle. The incident was captured on camera by author Tiffany Corlis at Lake Moondarra in Queensland, Australia. The snake – thought to be  python measuring around 10ft – constricted the croc to death, before dragging it to shore and eating it whole in front of a shocked crowd of onlookers.

I hear this happens quite a bit; except the crocs aren't always dead..just unconscious… and awake half-eaten only to resume the battle from inside the snake.

It was only a small croc, 3 foot I think. A different proposition if it was a lot bigger.
