Prevent Java updates from installing Ask toolbar or any other crap just got a lot easier

I've been using either Ninite or Chocolatey (http://chocolatey.org/; it's like apt-get for Windows) and haven't seen that dialog in forever but my mom just called about updating Java and I had to warn her about the "offers" they try to sneak in. Now I can just set that in the settings on anyone's PC and they won't have to worry about crapware being installed!!!

Not available on my machine. I have 32bit Java installed for occasional use (especially around dev stuff).
Only pops on the latest version +Chris Norman. Oddly, I have one machine where it shows and another where it doesn't.
