Yes, Frank Oz — the voice of Yoda — used to muppeteer Grover, as well as Cookie Monster and also Miss Piggy & Bert (to Henson's Ernie). But for over a decade now, Eric Jacobsen has expertly succeeded him for both Grover and now apparently a parody of Yoda. (Dave Rudman has taken over for Cookie Monster, allowing the hilarious exchange in this video between Flan Solo & Yogurt.)
