I hope she decided to use the other $180,000 to assist others to rebuild in her area. At least that would be the honorable thing to do, you know, the whole 'pay it forward' thing. 😉
From what I know of people living in the areas where this is happening, there is a LOT of community pay-it-forward style stuff happening down there +West Kagle.
