Missouri senator, wife win contraceptive insurance suit
A federal judge ruled that Sen. Paul Wieland and his wife, Teresa, can opt out of contraception coverage in their health insurance plan.
Because… offering contraception is against their religious beliefs. Never mind nobody is forcing them to use it. Just like nobody forces you to take anything else in a health plan. Disregard that it has additional medical purposes like fighting off endometriosis. Never mind that I'm offended I have to take off work for Easter / Zombie Weekend – ok I actually like getting off work and we do celebrate. We smash eggs against zombie cut outs. Fuck this guy though.
