Google is removing SMS from Hangouts? I use Hangouts with my Google Voice number…..
When/If Hangouts gets neutured this is going to totally make my sms'ing blow as I love the ability to text via my computer.
+Lee Forest I think GVoice will, for the time being, be unchanged.
+Steve Vance I KNOW! I got a pop up IN Hangouts the other day "suggesting" I use their Messenger app for SMS the other day and word has it they're removing it at some point in the future. Oddly.. word has it they are building another all-in-one messaging app. Which begs the question…. WHY?! HANGOUTS IS THAT APP!.
