Ohio lawmakers have passed what stands to be the most restrictive anti-abortion legislation in the country

“Trumpmania” abortion battle begins: Ohio passes extreme heartbeat bill
Previously defeated legislation would ban abortions if fetal heartbeat detected.

Because you know Republicans want a smaller government with fewer regulations… unless you have a vagina.

I'm really hoping this gets struck down. Most women don't even know they are pregnant at 6 weeks and a "heartbeat" doesn't even equate a viable pregnancy – nevermind that I should be able to do what I want with my body.

Agreed +Candice D. And nevermind that a beating heart happens as early as week three but a brainwave isn't detected until after week five.
