T-Mobile IS violating net neutrality

EFF accuses T-Mobile of violating net neutrality with throttled video
T-Mobile throttles video unless users pay extra; EFF considers filing complaint.

Just because it's good for consumers (or at least they perceive it to be) doesn't mean that it isn't in violation of net neutrality. The FCC's intent was to prevent discriminatory throttling and a 'tiered' Internet.
