Attempt to see if you are an Equifax breach victim and you could give up right to sue to find out

Are you an Equifax breach victim? You could give up right to sue to find out
Visiting Equifax site to see if you’re a victim can require you to waive lawsuit rights.

Shady.as.hell. Buried in their Terms of Service on the page they set up to allow people to find out if they were part of one of the largest data breaches in history is a clause that says that in order to see if you were part of the breech you have to waive your right to sue.

Simply put: Fuck Equifax. A company I have no say in that handles my data and they want to take away my right to check if they blundered my information? I can not see this standing up in court.
