Girls Just Want To Have Fun(damental Rights)

The Oxford Belles, an all-female a cappella group from Oxford University, just dropped an awesome version of Cindy Lauper's song for International Women's Day 2017.

The video not only features the a cappella group's mellifluous singing, it also shows leading Oxford academics holding signs with feminist messages for International Women's Day. "Why does the term career woman exist when the term career man never has?" reads a sign by lecturer Mary McMenamin.

Happy International Women's Day!

And before it's asked… yes there is an International Men's Day. An official one, rather than the regular days where we get more pay and power and privilege. It's Nov 19th so STFU.
