The interwebz is on a roll.
I’m a groovy cat who’s into technology, Eastern Thought, and house music. I’m a proud and dedicated father to the coolest little guy on the planet (seriously, I'm NOT biased). I’m fascinated by ninjas, the Internet, and anybody who can balance objects on their nose for long periods of time.
I have a utility belt full of programming languages and a database of all my knowledge on databases... I practice code fu. Oh, I've also done actual Kung Fu, and have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
I run. I meditate. I dance. I blog at PaulSpoerry.com, tweet @PaulSpoerry, and I'm here on Google+.
I'm currently work for IBM developing web enabled insurance applications for IBM and support and develop a non-profit called The LittleBigFund.

I watch that and I did not see all those thousands of people. I did see an overflow on Saturday and I also ask the question. Where were you. You must have pulled a Rip Van Winkle and been asleep. All of this has been going on for two years or more. You did not step up when needed.
I know I voted and was very vocal of the need to do so. So some did sleep I think… and got a rude wakeup call. Sadly, it could have been avoided. But that didn't happen… and I think it was a powerful statement to have what they're now saying is the largest march in US history (and it took place around the world too) on the first full day in office.
+Paul Spoerry I do not know what is happening the political scene. The Southern States were Democratic and slowly they have lost out and the Republicans are take over. It is true in lots of ways we have been asleep. Wake up call is on us now. I am very fearful of this man and what damage he can do. He is determined to have his way. I am too old to get out and do much. I can write and that is the only way I can voice my concern. Tread lightly
I get it +Wynona Gibson. My fiance went to the march in DC. I had my kid this weekend, but even if I hadn't there was no way physically I could have slept on a bus for that many days (I have chronic back and neck pain). But she went with my full support and I can support in other ways as well. Either financially, locally, or as you've said… calling/writing.
Here are a couple resources:
* Women's March 10 Actions / 100 Days – The people who organized the march intend to keep momentum going with a 10 actions in 100 days campaign: https://www.womensmarch.com/100/
* Call Them In – will email and remind you about strategic times to call representatives. They'll even provide templates you can use: http://www.callthemin.com/
