Seriously, this director is a genius. Young Thug didn't show up for his own music video shoot but that didn't stop the director. The video cost over $100,000 and the artist never even showed up.
Toward the end (the entire thing is sprinkled with text talking about how the shoot went wrong) it reads, "On the way home I wondered if Young Thug would've liked the shoot we put together for him. But I guess none of that matters now. In fact, maybe that's the moral of this story: None of this matters….but you're still watching."
So.. either this is epic marketing or a a really creative director using what he had. Or… both. Either way it works (even if I think the song is crap).
