Equifax breach worse than previously thought

Equifax confirms data breach included driver’s licenses and passports
Equifax has published numbers outlining exactly what it lost in its massive data breach, and it’s not a pretty sight.

We already knew they leaked names, date of birth, social security numbers, home address, gender, and drivers license number. However, it's now been disclosed to the SEC that in addition to the above, some also had their full driver's license info, social security and taxpayer ID cards, passports, payment card numbers, tax IDs, and a driver's license state leaked.
