I'm on day 23 of the #HeadSpace Discovery Series series. 466 days of consistently sitting. Yet today I feel like the intention of the practice, noting, escaped me. On the positive side of things, "mindfulness" is available always. So I have 2 minutes from now, 2 days from now, 2 years from now, or even 2 decades from now to try again. It's in fact NOT called a perfection… but a practice.
